1. Periods and Forms of Delivery

1.1 Habitual Delivery Time

Our delivery times for most of our products are of 3-9 working days from the day the order leaves our warehouse. Generally, orders are shipped the business day following the receipt of the same. Delivery times can vary depending on the location of the product store (Spain, England or Poland), the weight of the package and the destination country.

1.2 Special circumstances

Delivery times can be extended in exceptional situations, such as in festive times (Christmas, summer) or during commercial campaigns, as well as natural or unforeseen disasters beyond our control.

1.3 Orders with Maritime Transport

The delivery times mentioned above are not applicable to orders requiring shipping, especially to destinations such as the Azores or islands. In these cases, the delivery will depend on the necessary permits and times of expedition of each port.

1.4 Selection of Carrier

Although we indicate DHL as our main carrier, we reserve the right to choose the shipping agency that best suits the needs of each shipment, among the options available.

1.5 Application of Tracking Number

We are working to improve our processes; currently, the supply of tracking number is not an automated action, so it will be the customer to request it.

1.6 Help in the Location of the Envios

We want our customers to feel satisfied with your purchase. Although our packing loss rate is less than 1%, if any problem arises with your shipment, we will help you contact the carrier to locate it or provide a solution to it.

The products will be sent to the delivery address(s) indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

2. Product Review and Shipping Costs

The period for the review of the product by breakage is 24 hours from the reception. After that period, no claims for transportation or broken parts will be admitted. It is essential for any breakage claim not to have assembled or tested the vehicle. Once you get out of the box, we need to check everything and claim in case we detect any damage.

If the vehicle has been mounted and used to test it, no claims will be admitted for scratches, dirt, breakages, etc.

Delivery costs are free of charge in orders above to 50 €, with the exception of orders to special destinations such as islands, whose cost will be calculated according to the delivery mode.

Delivery modalities

The package will be delivered to the customer after signature and presentation of your identity document. In case of absence, the customer will be notified so that he can speak to the messenger and agree on another hour and day of delivery.

Once the item has been received, the customer has 24 hours to review and report if you have arrived with a broken or missing piece. If this occurs within that time frame, we will proceed to review the problem and make the replacement, if applicable. Claims for missing parts or broken articles will not be admitted within 24 hours.

3. Problems with the Delivery

The customer will be able to track your order and estimate the delivery date in the tracking link provided by the carrier. The seller will be responsible for sending the product to the customer and clarify any doubts that might arise in this regard.

It should be recalled that the client has a deadline 24 hours to notify the carrier of the breakdowns or partial losses recorded by the delivery. It is recommended that, before signing the collection, "revision fee" should be indicated.

The company guarantees the delivery of the products in the specified time and in an urgent manner, but it is not responsible for the delays that can suffer the couriers due to the high load of shipping on Christmas. We remember that we sent everything with urgent service.

Refunds

We admit product returns within the 14 days after the purchase, as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging, without having been mounted (in case of cars, skaters that require assembly, etc.).

Possibilities and Return Expenses:

  • If the customer decides to return the item because he does not want it or does not like it, he or she must take care of the shipping portions to his or her home and cover the return costs of the order to our offices. The amount of your item will only be refunded upon receipt of the item, and may be discounted if any.
  • The company is not responsible for the delays that can be delivered by the couriers.
  • If the goods arrives defective, the product change is offered by a new one as long as it is checked inside the 24 hours after delivery, or replacement of the missing or defective piece. If, after having changed the item, the customer decides to make a return, it will be taken into account that it is a voluntary return and the shipping costs will be discounted back and forth.
